today was my second time to visit la creperie, i love crepe and had the best crepes on robson in vancouver many years ago. anyway, i think the food here is pretty good and authentic. i started with a cup of apple cider, it was truly fruity, then i ordered la marin from the menu, it's buckwheat crepe with mushrooms, scallops, cheese and egg. it was wonderful and i like the crepe thin and crispy!

art deco beauty

we visited the 1933 Shanghai on the last day of our trip, it was a former slaughterhouse has now been reconverted into a hip art center. the intermediary area between the peripheral building and the circular center is composed by a multitude of beautiful massive concrete pathways that were originally paced by the cattles. it's one of my favourite buildings in shanghai, very well worth a visit, beautiful old architecture, very unique and a wide open space with beautiful views, i just can't stop shooting pictures!
