i love herb bread

i love good herb bread, crumbly and savory, perfect for making a sandwich more interesting or pairing with a meal. after dinner tonite, i decided to experiment a bit. i made this bread with a pack of bread mix i bought from twinsco a while ago, it's very easy and straight forward to make, just put all the ingredients together, let the dough rise, and put it into the oven and you're done!

ingredients:

250g herb bread mix
250g bread flour
7.5g instant yeast
339g warm water

preheat oven at 200C

the aroma from the herb while the bread was baking in the oven was incredible!
