summer meal


it's a HOT HOT HOT day, papa wants to have something light and refreshing
so i went to look for some ingredients to prepare a meal that helps to cool down a bit....
we started our dinner with a fresh scallops salad, dressed with olive oil, basalmic vinegar and lime juice

toss and serve with ground black pepper and tobiko

second dish- chilled eggplants with mixed japanese sesame sauce,
sesame oil, mirin sauce and chilli sauce

main dish- beef ribeye rice bowl with egg, japanese beef sauce,
mirin sauce and sprinkle of sesame and dried seaweed

once again, these are fast, easy and pantry friendly dishes,
papa was delighed with the dinner and so did aiden!
