haven't been cooking for a while, tonite, i tried out making this fusion dish
inspired from a japanese restaurant featured in a recent issue of a food magazine.
simple yet delicious dish which can be prepared in just about 10 mins, here's my receipe...
to prepare the goose liver, sprinkle with salt, paper and corn flour, pan-fried each side for about 45 seconds just until the outside became golden but still a bit rare in the center.
for the egg, a medium size one is fine, simply set the egg on the pan and fry...
to serve, spoon some tasty japanese katsudon sauce/ soy sauce all over and garnish with japanese radish seedling.
