steakhouse

went to grand hyatt steakhouse with a party of steak lovers last nite, the environment was very much the same as former JJ's. it's a bit crowded, my friend judy has made the booking about a month ago. we all had high expectation for this american style steakhouse!!
started with some warm and crunchy garlic bread!
foie gras terrine served with crispy toast and onion was excellent!
tuna tartar as appetizer, quite refreshing
pan-fried scallops with crispy bacons on top
real US portion (huge!!!) canadian cowboy chop was so thick, juicy and tender, the green peppercorn and brandy gravy went perfect with the steak, highly recommended!
the USDA tenderloin was very tender and got a great meat taste, and the gravy was also very good.

chocolate mud pie, good enough for everyone sharing! it was great eating with the soft ice-cream!

everything you order here is huge and it reminds me of the states. highly recommended for steak lovers!
